Cancellation Policy
Every session, program, and digital offering is a sacred energetic exchange. Your booking reserves dedicated time, preparation, and presence. Therefore: All sessions and programs are prepaid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, as this time and energy are set aside exclusively for you. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice to move your appointment to a new date. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the prepaid session; it cannot be transferred or credited. Packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused sessions remain valid within the stated program period and must be completed within that timeframe.
