Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful form of energy healing that promotes overall wellness by balancing your body’s energy systems. During a session, Wendy channels healing universal life force energy into your body targeting areas of imbalance and tension. This process helps to release blocked energy, alleviate physical and emotional pain, and restore your body’s natural harmony. The session will be conducted online, via Zoom. To prepare for this session, please: - Be sure to download Zoom (https://zoom.us/download) before the scheduled appointment time. - Make yourself comfortable in a quiet, uninterrupted, private space without distractions. - Please be prepared to be on camera where I can see you lying/reclining comfortably during the session.
