Hello Ladies!

I help women seeking guidance for their inner self discovery and healing journey. I help guide them to discover, connect, own and spread their self-worth to the world. Overcoming self-doubt, procrastination, self-sabotage, and other obstacles so they can to create the life they envision with clarity, confidence, and courage.

I am also an intuitive empath, introvert, certified clinical hypnotherapist, rapid transformational therapy practitioner, reiki master, and angel guide. I am married and have two energetic young children.

For decades, my friends, colleagues, and clients have frequently requested advice and guidance from me with their career, relationships, personal development, and more.

The burnout a few years ago, the challenges and experiences I faced since childhood and throughout my life, brought me to personal development and healing programs. This on-going journey continues to teach me to become more understanding and compassionate with others, seeing things in a different light or angle with each person and situation I come across.

I love diving down many rabbit holes, into areas such as metaphysics, human design, past lives, psychic or intuition development, channeling, quantum energy healing, law of attraction, wellness, psychology, mind, body, spiritual healing, and more.
